Northumbrian Water Finance Plc, backed by U.K. utility Northumbrian Water Ltd., is planning a U.K. roadshow starting Jan. 9, with a potential benchmark-sized, sterling-denominated transaction to follow, one of the banks organizing the roadshow said Wednesday.

Barclays Plc, HSBC Holdings PLC, and RBC Capital Markets are the banks organizing the roadshow.

The issuer is rated Baa1 by Moody's Investors Services Inc., and BBB+ by Standard and Poor's Corp.
