German steelmaker and engineering company ThyssenKrupp AG (TKA.XE) said Friday its chairman-elect, Ulrich Lehner, will relinquish three supervisory board mandates effective March 31 to concentrate on his duties at ThyssenKrupp.

MAIN FACTS:

-Mr. Lehner, who will become ThyssenKrupp's supervisory board chairman on April 1, will step down as member of the supervisory board of Henkel Management AG.

-In addition he will resign from his seat on the advisory board of Dr. August Oetker KG and his supervisory board directorship with Porsche Automobil Holding SE as part of an orderly succession process.
