Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE: NSLP) (the "Partnership" or "New
Source") announced today that the Board of Directors of its General
Partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.20 per unit, or $0.80 on an annualized basis for all common
units.
The distribution will be paid on May 15,
2015 to all unit holders of record on May 11, 2015.
