( 1)  The reported units are owned directly by New Source Energy Corporation ("NSEC"). The reporting person owns 89% of the voting common stock of NSEC. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported units except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
( 2)  The reported units are owned directly by Scintilla, LLC ("Scintilla"). The reporting person owns 100% of the outstanding membership interests of Scintilla. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported units except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
