DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Jan 14, 2014) - North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. (OTCBB: NODB) announces net earnings of $1,743,446 or $0.68 per share for the three months ending December 31, 2013, compared to $1,481,209 or $0.58 per share for the same period in 2012. Net earnings for the year ending December 31, 2013 totaled $5,593,441 or $2.18 per share compared to $5,881,545 or $2.28 per share in 2012. The annual shareholders' meeting is scheduled for February 4, 2014 in Dallas, Texas.
