The UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY has reviewed our MOP๏ฟฝ Maximum Oil Pickup and has found it to be in compliance with Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), sections 300.5 and 300.915(g) of the National Contingency Plan (NCP). We are now approved to provide On-Scene Oil Spill Coordinators with the certification as referenced in 300.915(g) of the National Contingency Plan (NCP).
