Directors of Mobile Lads Corp (OTCQB: MOBO) today announces the
appointments of Mr. Michael Paul as
President and Mr. Alpha Pang as
Secretary of the Corporation.
Mr. Paul will be assuming the role of President of the
Corporation. He is a C.E.T. Civil Engineering graduate with
over 30 years experience as a management executive in land
acquisition and development. Most recently, he has been
working with a number of companies in the Information Technology
sector.
Mr. Pang is assuming the role of Secretary of the Corporation.
He brings with him over 25 years of business venture
experience which includes Real Estate Brokerage/Investment,
business consulting and assuming multiple board roles for
technology and mineral resources companies in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Pang
is the current Director and President of Gold Cap Resources
Inc. He founded his consulting business in 1991 by providing
services for early stage start-up companies.
