LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE said Monday that it has appointed Stephane Rinderknech as chief executive of the luxury goods company's beauty division amid a reshuffling of leadership at some of its major brands.

Mr. Rinderknech's new role, which oversees brands including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, LVMH Fragrance Brands and Kendo, is in addition to his current responsibility as head of its hospitality excellence business, which includes Hotels Cheval Blanc and Belmond Hotels.

Veronique Courtois, who has headed Guerlain since November 2019, has been appointed president and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior, succeeding Laurent Kleitman, who leaves the group, LVMH said.

Gabrielle Saint-Genis Rodriguez replaces Ms. Courtois at Guerlain, the Paris-based company said. Charles-Henri Levaillant succeeds Ms. Rodriguez as CEO of cosmetics brand Make Up For Ever.

The company said Claude Martinez will step down from his position at the beauty division to become CEO of GAIA, LVMH's research and innovation center.
