LCDX Caliber Imaging and Diagnostics Inc (CE)

Caliber Imaging & Diagnostics (OTCQB:LCDX), formerly Lucid, Inc., has named Anthony J. Roberto as East Coast Sales Manager, a newly created position. He will be focused on further developing the Company's sales initiatives for its VivaScope® platform in the East Coast region of the United States.

Over the past several months, Caliber has ramped up its sales and marketing initiatives, and hired two other sales managers to cover the U.S. markets.

With his deep industry experience, technical background and contacts in the confocal research market, he is the ideal person to penetrate the East Coast sales territory to sell our VivaScope platform."

An advanced imaging specialist, Mr. Roberto has more than 27 years of experience in the microscopy hardware industry, with a focus on administrative, service, relationship development and sales execution. Prior to arriving at Caliber I.D., he was an Advanced Imaging Specialist at Nikon, where he represented the Nikon Advanced Imaging product suite to clients in the Virginia/Maryland/DC area. In this role he specialized in system sales, installation and end user training of confocal, TIRF, deconvolution and multidimensional imaging solutions. Prior to this, he was an Imaging Specialist at B&B Microscopes, an Olympus Advanced Imaging Solutions reseller, managing a large sales territory. Earlier, he was a Service Manager within the Microscope Systems Group at Microcosm, Inc., where he established Microcosm's exclusive contract with Nikon Confocal Microscopes. Prior to this he was a Field Service Engineer at Microcosm, Inc., Carl Zeiss, Inc. and Leica, Inc. He holds an electronics degree from Metropolitan Technical Institute and advanced training in microscopy and imaging.
