On July 31, 2009, Mr. Richard Khaleel, resigned as a director of Jade Art Group Inc. (the “Company”) effective on the same date. Mr. Khaleel’s resignation was due to personal reasons and not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
