IMRIS Announces Postponement of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Release of First Quarter 2015 Financial Results and Conference Call

 

MINNEAPOLIS, May 6, 2015 - IMRIS Inc. (NASDAQ: IMRS; TSX: IM) (“IMRIS” or the “Company”) today announced that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which was scheduled for May 7^th, 2015, has been rescheduled to June 25^th, 2015. IMRIS also announced that the First Quarter 2015 Financial Results press release and conference call, which were scheduled for May 7^th, 2015, have been postponed. Further details regarding the meeting of shareholders will be contained in the Information Circular that will be mailed to shareholders of the Company in due course.

 

The Company's shareholders of record on May 14, 2015 will be entitled to notice and to vote at the Annual Meeting.
