Item 8.01 Other Events

On August 19, 2014 Infrastructure Materials Corp. (the “Company”) announced that it has obtained a $100,000 loan (the “Loan”) from a private corporation controlled by a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. The Loan was made pursuant to an unsecured, demand promissory note dated as of August 18, 2014 and bears interest at a rate of 4% per annum. Proceeds from the Loan will be used for working capital.

Infrastructure Materials Corp. Secures Working Capital Loan

August 19, 2014 – Reno, Nevada - Infrastructure Materials Corp. (“Infrastructure” or the “Company”) (TSXV – IFM; OTC Pink – IFAM) is pleased to announce that it has arranged for a $100,000 loan, proceeds of which will be used for working capital. The loan is unsecured, bears interest at 4% per annum and is payable on demand. The lender is a private corporation controlled by a director of the Company, who disclosed his conflict of interest to the Company’s Board of Directors and abstained from voting in connection with this matter.

Infrastructure Materials Corp. is a Reno, Nevada based exploration stage company that is directing its efforts to the exploration and development, if warranted, of precious metal properties located in Nevada and cement grade limestone deposits in strategic locations in the United States.
