Expo Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPH) provides shipment update.

The company expects to complete shipment to over 1600 Lowe's Home Improvement locations by September 29th, 2009, when the company ships its final shipment of approximately 350 displays. Additionally, due to the excellent execution of the original order, an additional order is expected in the very near future. This order is expected to be similar in size, nature and scope as the original order. The company will make a formal announcement once a purchase order is received.

Unrelated to the aforementioned shipments, the company continues to fulfill shipments to Lowe's Home Improvement locations by completing week 2 of shipments on time. The company is currently producing and shipping approximately 2.5 truckloads of various re-merchandising displays per day, and expects this to continue into the foreseeable future. For clarification purposes this is based on a 4 day shipment routine.

The company operates 5 days per week, however, most hourly associates usually work four ten hour days. This allows the company, and the associate greater flexibility while improving the company's operational efficiency. This has been a company practice since late 2008.

James D. Brown, CEO, stated, "Usually 2/3rds or more of our annualized sales are completed in the last half of the year. This year will be no exception. While we are pleased to have maintained a profitable status for the first half of the year; we are unsatisfied with our overall sales performance. We look forward to revealing increased 3rd quarter performance as a direct result of increasing demand. Additionally, sales guidance for the year remains as previously stated. The company will be hosting a shareholder meeting during the 4th quarter of 2009, at its headquarters in North Wilkesboro, NC.
