Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 15, 2019, Marat Asylbekov resigned as a director of Exent Corp. (the “Company”), effective immediately. The resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
