Explanation of Responses:

These represent shares of common stock held by Tethys Fountain Limited ("Tethys"). On June 14, 2023, Guoling Tao, the issuer's chairman, chief executive officer and chief financial officer, assigned all of his shares in Tethys to Glory Honor Holding Co., Ltd. ("GHH"). As a result of the assignment, Guoling Tao is the sole owner of GHH, which is the sole owner of Tethys. Guoling Tao has sole voting and dispositive power over the shares held by Tethys.
