EPIC Withdraws Stock Dividend

EPIC Corporation (OTC:EPOR) (the “Company”), a financial services company, announced that its board of directors have withdrawn the declared stock dividend payable on July 15, 2010.

“The company previously declared a one for one stock dividend in its own stock, which was to be paid July 15, 2010,” said Ronald Tucker, CEO of the Company. “Subsequent to the declaration, the board decided that it would withdraw the dividend due to market conditions.”
