Orbite Announces Changes to President and Chief Executive Officer Position and to its Board of Directors

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Feb 17, 2014) - The Board of Directors of Orbite Aluminae Inc. (TSX:ORT)(OTCQX:EORBF) ("Orbite" or the "Company") announced that Mr. Glenn Kelly, previously Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has been named President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Richard Boudreault is stepping down from the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and has resigned as director of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Boudreault will remain available to the Company as a consultant for 6 months.

Orbite Aluminae Inc. is a Canadian cleantech company whose innovative and proprietary processes are expected to produce alumina and other high-value by-products, such as rare earth and rare metal oxides, at one of the lowest costs in the industry, and in a sustainable fashion, using feedstocks that include aluminous clay, kaolin, nepheline, bauxite, red mud and fly ash.
