Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) thanks
shareholders nationwide who were in attendance at its February 27th
Open House event.
"It was a true honor to have met new faces that define long-term
support in EESO and its achievements," states Jared Hochstedler,
CEO of the company who was very pleased with the turnout and
feedback on last Friday's gathering and is still touched by one
moment in particular in which he was presented with an honorary
framed U.S. flag which was flown in Afghanistan during a combat
mission. The flag was a gift from select soldiers from the 101st
Airborne Division out of Fort Campbell, Kentucky. 101st is the lead
element for US forces in Afghanistan assigned both to Operation
Enduring Freedom - Afghanistan and the NATO-led International
Security Assistance Force. The soldiers were among a few guests in
attendance that stood up to share their own 'EESO' stories in
addition to staff such as Investor Relations, Mark B. Newbauer and
a new addition to the EESO team, chemist, Frank Terranova, owner of
his own private organic chemical development company, Novabella,
Inc. Novabella is a multi faceted company offering the industry a
one-stop shop to the knowledge, raw materials, components, products
and formulation.
Frank was recently contracted to service EESO in development of
new products and maintenance and upkeep of its current lines in
regards to 'Green' industry standards, which are "ever-changing."
Terranova expands on his role: "I have been retained by EESO to
help them understand and interpret the ever-changing regulations
being established on Green products. I have been in this industry
for over 27 years formulating and establishing standards for
products and currently consult for several National Brand companies
in relation to Green Product development. I believe strongly that
my expertise will help EESO be a leader in the ongoing development
of Green-Based Cleaning programs. They have only begun to tap their
full potential on the commercial/industrial side and I am excited
to be a part of the incredible path they are taking. Many products
and product lines claim to be 'Green' but can only maintain this
claim with older classification standards. Some 'Green' products
are actually more harmful than the chemical-based products that
EESO sets out to replace, and its important that people don't just
go out and purchase (for their home or business) a product that
claims to be 'green' or simply 'contain enzymes' because Jared's
proprietary formulas are of the best I've seen in terms of being
safe, effective and actually healing to the environment as they are
used. I believe the Green Standards will continually change and be
updated and I believe I bring depth to the knowledge we already had
here at EESO, to keep us ahead of the curve in the regulations, but
also to our new generation of formulations we can offer our
customer base."
In addition to Chemist, Frank Terranova, Enzyme Environmental,
is currently interviewing candidates to take over Bill White's role
as VP of Sales and Operations as the business continues to thrive.
White recently opted to part ways with the company, "(EESO's)
ever-evolving expansion requires an individual that can take this
on with an appetite for Enzyme Environmental's expansion goals and
this requires frequent travel to Portage, IN and locations
worldwide as they continue negotiations internationally. I'm very
proud of the success we've achieved as a team thus far and wish
nothing but the best for Bill. It's bittersweet, but I'm really
looking forward to watching the company continue to thrive as Bill
takes on some of his own personal and business goalsl."
Hochstedler continues, "Finding a suitable replacement will be a
meticulous process. Bill was part of the team that took EESO to the
next level and I think I speak for everyone here when I say he will
be missed; but based on his needs and our own overall strategy, I
feel this is a very important move for both parties. The transition
will be seamless as we have contract personnel that are effective
and efficient in overseeing current operations and vendor
management until a replacement is selected. The new VP of Sales and
Operations will be instrumental in ramping up sales on our
industrial/commercial licensing tech, particularly with the Pit
Solution/FG-500 in odor and garbage remediation worldwide. Our
timeline for this transition is approximately 2-3 weeks and
everyone will be witness to a new sales force on the
industrial/commercial side as we continue to grow."
