Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 8, 2021, CreditRiskMonitor.com, Inc. (the "Company") detected an external security incident impacting its network accessibility. Promptly upon its detection, the Company launched an investigation and engaged the services of specialists.

The Company is assessing the impacts of the incident, but based on the information currently known, the Company does not expect the incident to have a material impact on its business, operations or financial condition. The Company’s top priority is to ensure the privacy and security of client and business partner information.
