LAKE MARY, Fla., Oct. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cognitiv, Inc.
("Cognitiv" / OTCBB: COGV), a behavior driven marketing firm, has
added Michael Huyghue to its board of directors. Huyghue is a
business executive and attorney who gained notoriety when he became
the youngest general manager in professional football at the age of
twenty-nine.
Huyghue has twice been named a "Forty Under 40" top sports
business executive by SportsBusiness Journal/Daily. Over his
two-decade career, Huyghue has served on many of the NFL
Commissioner's prominent committees?including the NFL Management
Council, the Executive Working Group Committee, the NFL College
Advisory Committee, and NFL Europe?and he has served as a Trustee
of the NFL Players Insurance Trust.

Huyghue's professional career includes leading professional
sports organizations, forging tight connections to entertainers and
athletes, and launching startups. He worked for both the NFL
Players Association and the NFL Management Council before becoming
the youngest general manager in professional football with the
World League of American Football's Birmingham Fire in 1991.
After serving as Vice President and General Counsel for the
Detroit Lions, Huyghue joined the Jacksonville Jaguars as Senior
Vice President of Football Operations in 1994, the team's inaugural
NFL season. At this time, the Jaguars became the winningest
franchise in expansion history.
Huyghue earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, where he played football and
baseball, and earned his law degree from the University of Michigan. Huyghue currently resides
in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida,
with his wife and three children.
