Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On October 10, 2016, Thomas Jennewein resigned his position as Cleantech Biofuels Inc.’s (“the Company”) Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities. The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Financial Officer, and pending the appointment of a successor Chief Financial Officer, Edward Hennessey, Jr., the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will serve as the Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis.
