At Commerce Group Corp.'s Board of Directors' Meeting held on October 11, 2011, William F. Prudlow, M.D., a long-time shareholder and supporter of Commerce Group Corp., was appointed as a Class I Director to fill a Director vacancy. Class I directors will be up for election at Commerce Group Corp.'s next annual shareholders' meeting with terms to expire in 2014.
