acquisition of its first product line, Dr. Daves Best (DDB or the
Product), from Centerforce Industries, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based
E-Commerce health boutique specializing in the highest quality
Anti-Aging nutracuticals. The acquisition will support Biostem
Wellness, a fully owned subsidiary of Biostem Technologies. The
acquisition, valued by the parties at $495,000 was executed via
stock transfer exchange, with BSEM exchanging 165,000 restricted
common shares for 100% interest in the Product and other assets Dr.
Daves Best 2015 projected gross sales are expected to be 1.6
million dollars. DDBs leading product, Ultra 85 is, according to
Dr. Dave, The Absolute Pinnacle of Omega 3 supplementation!!! on
the market. Dr. Dave, who developed Dr. Daves Best from inception
and cultivated it over the past 13 years, will remain a vital part
of the Biostem team. Biostem along with Dr. Dave, is starting the
process of developing an expanded product line for 2016.
