On November 16, 2022, Blue Dolphin Energy Company, a Delaware corporation (“Blue Dolphin”), issued a press release reporting its financial results for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2022 and its financial condition as of September 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
