Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  AmericaTowne, Inc. (the "Reporting Person") used $175,000 from working capital to purchase 100,000,000 shares in the Issuer. The purpose of the transaction was for the Reporting Person to acquire the controlling interest in the Issuer, and proceed with the change in control event in anticipation of a business combination or joint venture. On June 27, 2016, Issuer amended its articles of incorporation with the State of Nevada changing its name to ATI Modular Technology Corp.
( 2)  Issuer is an affiliate of the Reporting Person by virtue of the Reporting Person's majority and controlling interest in the Issuer. Issuer's new director and officer is Alton Perkins, who is the beneficial owner of the controlling and majority interest in the Reporting Person, and is the Reporting Person's Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Treasurer and Secretary.

Remarks:
ATI Modular Technology Corp. (the "Issuer"), formerly Global Recycle Energy Inc., filed a corporate action notification with the OTC Markets
Group requesting the change of its trading symbol on the OTC Markets;Pink Sheets.

Mr. Perkins, individually and through the Perkins Trust, acquired shares of common stock of the Issuer in the open market between June 13, 2016 and September 13, 2016, and those transactions have been, or will be, disclosed in separate beneficial ownership disclosures.
