STOCKHOLM--Atlas Copco said Tuesday that it has acquired Hamamcioglu Makina, a Turkish company mainly focused air compressors.

Hamamcioglu Makina's head office is in Istanbul, Turkey, and has 23 employees. In 2022, it had revenue of around 120 million Turkish Lira ($4.2 million).

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
