STOCKHOLM--Atlas Copco AB said Tuesday that it has acquired the compressed air business of privately-owned Argentinian company Asven SRL.

The Swedish industrial tool maker said the acquired business has 10 employees and specializes in sales, installation and service of compressed air systems.

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
