STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Monday it has acquired Shandong Meditech Medical Technology Co., a manufacturer of onsite oxygen generators for the healthcare market.

The company is privately owned and has 70 employees. It is based in Shandong province, China and has sales companies in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Australia.

Shandong Meditech had revenue of around 86 million Chinese yuan ($12.2 million) in 2021.

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
