(PINKSHEETS: AMNE) announced today that the record date for the Company's 5 for 1 forward stock split originally set for June 1, 2009 is being postponed due to anticipated delays associated with FINRA's (formerly NASD) review process. Company Counsel has advised that it would be more appropriate for the Company to delay setting the record date until after final approval is received from FINRA.

Once the Company receives final approval from FINRA, which is expected in June, the record date will be set promptly and payment of the forward stock split will be expedited.

All shareholders of the Company, who own shares as of the new record date, will receive 5 new shares for each share they own.

The Company has announced that it had amended its Articles of Incorporation with the State of Nevada to increase its authorized shares from 1,000,000,000 to 10,000,000,000.
