Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Agritek Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") has appointed VStock Transfer, LLC (“VStock”) as its transfer agent and shareholder support provider, effective May 17, 2016. All of the Company's directly held shares of common stock were transferred from Interwest Transfer Co. Inc. (“Interwest”) to VStock’s platform.
