(OTCQB: MWIP) (www.MediSwipe.com) (MWIP), a data management solutions company for the medicinal marijuana and health care industry, today announced that the Company has launched the first HIPAA compliant toll free number and faxing application that will allow medical marijuana patients and their caregivers/dispensaries to send state certification forms and selected medical records to a cloud based data storage platform within the MediSwipe DMS application. Patients subscribing to the service may send the records simply by faxing or scanning the documents directly to a toll free number connected to a HIPAA compliant gateway. The patient will then be assigned a "Digital ID" within a secure virtual medical vault, highly encrypted though MediSwipe's new cloud based hosting partnership with Amazon Web Services. Dispensaries, provisional centers, pharmacies and individual caregivers may use the service to upload and manage existing patient data, providing individual patient access to their own records, while allowing added security and easier access to medical professionals for continuing care. The subscription based service is $19.99 annually per patient, with discounts for multiple patients through dispensaries and caregivers.

"Once subscribed to the service, The Digital ID hotline will allow any patient to send his or her records through our cloud-based HIPAA compliant gateway simply by faxing or scanning them through the access number. The patient may access his/her records at any time 24/7 through his Digital ID number. In the event a patient does not have their state ID card or paperwork on their person, the patient may call the 800 number and a medical operator will immediately send the documents to any caregiver, dispensary or medical practitioner requested. In the event a patient is stopped by law enforcement and in possession of medication without a state id or paperwork, the live operators of Digital ID will provide authentication of the patient to law enforcement and fax or SMS documentation to any number provided upon permission. Further, in the event that any dispensary, caregiver or certification center in possession of the patients medical records ceases to exist, the patient may push records or request them to be forwarded to a new caregiver or dispensary of choice within minutes. No service of this kind presently exists for this industry, and MediSwipe will continue to be the first to develop and capitalize on profitable and unique niches within this sector to meet the immediate needs of patients", further stated Friedman.

The Company will begin marketing the new service to the first 3,500 patients presently in the DMS system this week, as well as to all patients and dispensaries nationally and begin billing the annual fee of $19.99 per patient June 1, 2013. As a revenue model, the Company expects to have 10,000 patients on the Digital ID system by the end of June. With 130,000 patients in Michigan alone, just 35%-50% of the patients on the Digital ID hotline would equal potential residual income exceeding $1,000,000 from the unique service.
