Explanatory Note

 

On June 22, 2023, Applied Energetics, Inc. filed a Current Report on Form 8-K which inadvertently attached an incorrect document as Exhibit 10.1 thereto. The company is filing this amendment to the Form 8-K to file the correct copy of the exhibit entitled First Amendment to Lease Agreement.
