Furthermore, Steve Mills is here to assist the Company in all
the re-filing requirements for our FORM 10 in 2021. Once
we are approved by OTC Markets to a new change in venue
to PINK CURRENT INFORMATION, we will work
together on putting together a really BIG REVERSE MERGER
for our Shareholders, and then process the FORM 10 again.
We have a GREAT team in place. We are preparing ACCR
for a complete transformation. We have completed all of
the required Disclosures and Financial Statements for 2019/2020.
ACCR will become PINK CURRENT INFORMATION.
We may fail, however this is our direction and plan.
