Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX VENTURE:WP) (the "Company") announces that
Suzanne R. Mercier has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company for
personal reasons effective July 11, 2012. 


The Company thanks Ms. Mercier for her contribution during her tenure on the Board.
