Cogitore Resources Announces Note Extension

Cogitore Resources Inc. ("Cogitore") (TSX VENTURE:WOO) announced today that
Dundee Resources Limited ("Dundee") has extended a note payable in the amount of
$800,000 originally due on May 1, 2014 by twelve months to April 30, 2015. 


Dundee is a subsidiary of Dundee Corporation which owns or controls more than
10% of the voting securities of Cogitore thereby making the extension of the
note a "related party transaction" as defined under Multilateral Instrument
61-101 ("MI 61-101").
