Cogitore Corporate Update

Cogitore Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:WOO) announced today that
Dr. Gerald Riverin is retiring as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
effective June 1, 2013. Dr. Riverin will remain on the Board of Directors and
will be available for consultation by the Company.


The Board has appointed Mr. Mark Goodman, Company Chairman, as interim President
and CEO. A search committee has been struck to conduct an executive search.


Mark Goodman said, "On behalf of Cogitore's Board, I want to thank Dr. Riverin
for his tireless efforts. Under his leadership over the last nine years the
Company has achieved a great deal, including the receipt in 2009 of Quebec's
prestigious Prospector of the Year Award for the Scott Lake Project,
Chibougamau, PQ. Gerald is a recognized expert on volcanogenic massive
sulphide-type copper/zinc deposits and has been generous with his time as a
teacher and mentor. We wish him well in his retirement."
