West Hawk Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE: WHD) (the "Company") announced today that Dongfei Wang has resigned from his position as Director on the WHD Board. Mr. Wang will still serve as a member of the West Hawk Energy (USA) LLC. Board of Managers. Mr. Wang's resignation was effective as of Wednesday, September 9, 2009.
