Visiphor Releases Q1-2008 Results

VANCOUVER, BC (TSX-V: VIS) (XETRA: IGYA) ("Visiphor" or the "Company") is pleased to announce its results for the first quarter of 2008. The first quarter results have been posted on the EDGAR and SEDAR systems.

The Company reports that its revenues for the first quarter of 2008 were $1.5 million*. Expenses were $1.7 million* for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. Net loss for the first quarter was $200,000*. EBITDA income was $45,000*. This positive EBITDA represents the Company's highest EBITDA to date and is the Company's first positive EBITDA to date.
