Vecta Energy Corporation Announces Extension of Secured Loans

Vecta Energy Corporation (TSX VENTURE:VER) ("Vecta" or the "Company") is pleased
to announce that the secured loan holders have agreed to extend the maturity
date of the secured loan from April 1, 2011 to April 30, 2011. This extension is
to allow additional time for Vecta to complete the financing and other
requirements pertaining to the joint venture agreement, entered into March 8,
2011. Closing of the Joint Venture Agreement is expected to occur on or about
March 31, 2011, with an extension available until April 29, 2011.
