Vitreous Glass Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:VCI) announces that it has
refiled its interim management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A") relating to
the interim financial period ended December 31, 2010. 


It has come to the attention of the Corporation that, due to an administrative
error, the incorrect MD&A was filed with the relevant securities authorities on
SEDAR on February 23, 2011, along with the financial statements of the
Corporation for the interim period ended December 31, 2010. The previously filed
MD&A was the MD&A for the year ended September 30, 2010, which had been filed on
SEDAR on January 27, 2011.


The refiled MD&A relates to the financial period ended December 31, 2010 and
should be read in conjunction with the unaudited interim financial statements of
the Corporation for the three months ended December 31, 2010, which was filed on
SEDAR on February 23, 2011, and the audited annual financial statements of the
Corporation for the year ended September 30, 2010.
