Aviation Acquisitions Inc. Announces Acquisition of Telford Services Group, Inc.

AVIATION ACQUISITIONS INC. ("Aviation"), a Calgary based, private company, is
pleased to announce that over 90% of the issued and outstanding common shares
("Telford Shares") of Telford Services Group, Inc. ("Telford") (TSX VENTURE:TLF)
have been tendered to Aviation's previously announced offer to acquire all of
the Telford Shares (the "Offer"). The Offer expired at 5:00 p.m. (Calgary time)
on August 3, 2009 and Aviation has taken up and paid for all of the Telford
Shares deposited to the Offer on the basis of $0.10 in cash for every Telford
Share. Aviation has implemented procedures to acquire all remaining Telford
Shares pursuant to the compulsory acquisition provisions of the Business
Corporations Act (Alberta).


Aviation is taking immediate steps to have Telford declared to be no longer a
reporting issuer and to have the Telford Shares de-listed from the TSX Venture
Exchange Inc.


Aviation is a private Alberta company whose principal business is to finance and
invest in projects in the aviation industry.
