Sereno Capital Corporation: News Release

Sereno Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:SZZ.H) announced that it has granted an
aggregate of 262,500 incentive stock options (the "Options") to its consultants,
officers and directors pursuant to the stock option plan (the "Plan") of the
Company. The Options are exercisable at $0.25 per share and are granted under
the Plan approved by shareholders on October 29, 2010.


All of the Options granted on May 16, 2011 vest immediately. Vested Options can
be exercised at any time during the five-year period following the grant date.
