VANCOUVER, April 17, 2013 /CNW/ - Sky Ridge Resources Ltd. (the "Company") announces that Thomas O'Neill has been appointed as director of the Company. Gordon Keep has resigned as a director and the Board would like to thank him for his services. Mr. Keep remains as an advisor to the Company through his role with Endeavour Capital & Advisory Ltd.

In connection with the foregoing appointment and pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, a total of 150,000 incentive stock options have been granted to Thomas O'Neill. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of 10 years, subject to regulatory approval.
