Silver Shield Resources Announces Appointment of Mr. Steve Mlot as Director

BURLINGTON, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb 5, 2014) - Silver Shield Resources (TSX-VENTURE:SSR) ("Silver Shield" or the "Corporation") announced today that it has appointed Mr. Steve Mlot as Non-Executive Director effective immediately, and that Mr. John Grounds has resigned from the Board of Directors.
