Spearmint Resources Inc. to Evaluate Agriculture, Medical, Resources and Financial Opportunities

Spearmint Resources Inc., ("Spearmint") (TSX VENTURE:SRJ), will be actively
pursuing additional corporate growth drivers. The new areas that will be
investigated will potentially include, but will not be limited to, agriculture,
medical, resources and financial. At this time no new project has been
contemplated and there is no guarantee that one will be completed. 


Conrad Clemiss, a director of Spearmint, states: " Due to the recent activity
displayed in the market in general we would be doing a disservice to our
shareholders to not investigate other opportunities that may increase
