TORONTO, Aug. 6, 2014 /CNW/ - Red Tiger Mining Inc., (TSXV: RMN), (the "Company") announces that it has received and accepted the resignation of Mr. Sergei Tchetvertynkh from the Board of Directors. Mr. Tchetvertynkh's resignation is effective immediately.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Tchetvertynkh for his service to the Company and wish him success in his future endeavors.
