OTTAWA, Feb. 24, 2017 /CNW/ - Annidis Corporation
(TSX Venture: RHA) ("Annidis" or the "Corporation"),
announces that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation
of Mr. Cameron Bramwell as
President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the
Corporation. Mr. Bramwell has decided to pursue other opportunities
and the Board wishes him well with his future endeavours. In
light of Mr. Bramwell's resignation, the Board has appointed Mr.
Gerald Slemko as Executive Chairman
and interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Slemko will oversee the
Corporation's newly appointed General Manager, Mr. Jason Wright, who will be responsible for the
day to day operations of the Annidis' business. Mr. Wright has been
with Annidis for a number of years and was most recently
responsible for the Corporation's product engineering and
development.
