Potash North Resource Corporation ("Potash North" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:PON) has retained Boyd Petro Search ("Boyd") of Calgary, Alberta to
conduct a 2D seismic survey of the KP 416 and KP 417 permit areas (the "Permit
Area").

The Technical Report (filed on Sedar July 7, 2008) recommends that in order to
obtain an estimate of the potash potential of the Permit Area a 2D seismic
survey be conducted followed by local 3D seismic surveys and selected drilling
to investigate the continuity of the deposit by identifying portions of the
ground that may contain anomalies that affect potash mineralization. While drill
holes offer a valuable vertical profile through the Prairie Evaporite Formation,
drill holes alone do not provide information as to the lateral extent of the
potash beds or any anomalies affecting them. For this purpose, reflection
seismic surveys offer the possibility to map the lateral extent of any anomalies
related to large-scale alteration of the Prairie Evaporite Formation.

This Phase I of the program entails the acquisition of any seismic data that
exists in the vicinity of the Permit Area, specifically in the western portion
of KP 417 and the southern portion of KP 416 for interpretation and to aid in
the design of drill programs.

The work program recommended for this extensive project during Phase I is
summarized as follows:

1. Acquire seismic data and borehole data: Preliminary indications are that
there is no significant existing 2D seismic data from the Permit Area. If
additional existing 2D seismic data is found and accessed then that data should
be re-analyzed and incorporated in subsequent planning for the site-specific 2D
seismic survey.

2. Design and implement an extensive 2D seismic survey of the western and
southern portions of KP 417 and the southern areas of KP 416. This survey is
expected to include 351 linear kilometers of survey lines spaced on a 4 mile
grid to detect any significant structural and collapse features, and to map the
northern limit of the Prairie Evaporite sequence.

Boyd has begun the government approval process and has begun seeking any
necessary right of access permits of individual land holders in the survey area.
The survey itself will take about 40 days to conduct and 28 days to process and
provide an initial interpretation for the purpose of identifying potential drill
targets.
