Bruce Joyce Joins ProntoForms Board

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 2, 2014) - ProntoForms Corporation (TSX-VENTURE:PFM) ("ProntoForms" or the "Company"), announced today that Bruce Joyce has been appointed to its Board of Directors.

Bruce Joyce was a partner for 23 years with Deloitte Canada until his recent retirement. He has more than 30 years of experience in business strategy and public accounting with large public sector organizations and global advanced technology and communications companies.

During his time with Deloitte Canada Mr. Joyce provided guidance as Office Managing Partner for the National Capital Region and leader of the Canadian Federal Government practice. Most recently, Mr. Joyce was the Vice President of Leadership and Human Resources Research for the Conference Board of Canada.
