NWT Uranium Corp. Announces Postponement of Shareholders Meeting

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Mar 11, 2014) - NWT Uranium Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX-VENTURE:NWT)(FRANKFURT:NMV) announces that its shareholders' meeting scheduled for March 11, 2014 has been postponed as the Corporation has not yet received conditional approval for its change of business from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Corporation continues to work with the TSX Exchange Venture in order to obtain the necessary approval in order to reschedule the shareholders' meeting.

Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
